Package was supposed to take 2 weeks to get delivered but no trace of it after month+. I kept checking the package status and it kept saying that the delivery could not be fulfilled or/and it’s being held by the post/delivery services. I have not received any information from the offices/seller site, no phone calls to inform me about the package, no emails and no refund. Please help me resolve this issue. ( I ensure that both my phone number, e-mail and adress were correct)
